GPL Java Java in mobile phones My first Notebook
Some time ago I held a cell phone with the ability to run Java applications on a Siemens A65. This obviously made me tempted to figure out how to program for a device like this.
Well, obviously the platform MIDP - Mobile Information Device Profile, is far more limited than a standard PC, but it's amazing what a little cell phone can do.
And the grace to have such language, and a relatively standardized platform, is all the documentation and ease of programming to the API.
So get to work, I installed EclipseME the SUN Wireless Toolkit and scheduling.
The result, two little games that I hope someone will be useful here available.
Eventually the cell rather then broke (not managed to have it even four months), but I hope others find it useful.
